Put a short welcome note and description of who you are. Leave the other spaces for your service times, ministries, etc.

A good tip to remember is, design this for smart phones.  Use lots of appropriate sized pictures along with short descriptions. Wordy descriptions and info often get over looked. Everything you see are just ideas.
